The A to Z of Research Paper Writing
Allenhouse Institute of Management conducted a Faculty Development Program on 'The A to Z of Research Paper Writing.' Dr. Neeraj Gupta, Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Research Development Committee at NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai, led the session. He provided comprehensive training on structuring research papers and aligning them with the standards of reputed international journals. Dr. Gupta also highlighted the common pitfalls that lead to the rejection of research papers.
Interpretive Structural Modelling
On January 27, 2024, Allenhouse Institute organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). This program was designed to enhance the skills of faculty members in using the ISM technique to develop conceptual models.
The session was conducted by Dr. Ashish Dwivedi, Full Professor at O.P. Jindal Global Business School, who provided expert guidance on the practical applications of ISM in research paper writing.
Designing Effective Course Plans, Assessments and Rubrics
Allenhouse Institute of Management organized a faculty session on "Designing Effective Course Plans, Assessments, and Rubrics" on July 24, 2023. Dr. Shalini Khandelwal, Dean of Academics and Faculty at ICFAI Business School, Gurugram, led the session. She emphasized the importance of thorough course planning before lecture delivery and discussed various assessment tools, such as rubrics, to effectively evaluate student performance and enhance teaching efficiency.
The Art & Science of Research Paper Writing
Allenhouse Institute of Management hosted a Faculty Development Program on "The Art & Science of Research Paper Writing" on May 7, 2022. The program offered participants a hands-on learning experience in writing and publishing high-quality research papers. Dr. Bhagwan Jagwani, Director and Professor, and Mr. Azharuddin Mohammad Mussaiyib, Assistant Professor, guided the participants on effective approaches to research paper writing. The FDP was attended by more than 50participation from various institutes across Kanpur.
Case Study Writing
Allenhouse Institute of Management organized a Faculty Development Program on Case Study Writing on July 2, 2022. The participants had the opportunity to learn how to create and publish high-quality case studies. The session was led by Ms. Servjaeta Verma, Founder of Marketing Insights, who guided the participants on writing impactful case studies.
Creative Techniques in Teaching, Assessment & Evaluation
Allenhouse Institute of Management conducted a Faculty Development Programme on 'Creative Techniques in Teaching, Assessment & Evaluation' on November 29, 2022, to enhance faculty members' teaching and evaluation skills. The resource persons, Dr. Athar Mahmood, Associate Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, Dr.Moid U. Ahmad, Principal of Allenhouse Business School, Kanpur, and Prof. (Dr.) Bhagwan Jagwani, Campus Director of Allenhouse Group of Institutions, Kanpur, provided participants with in-depth knowledge on the effective use of innovative teaching methods and assessment tools.
Using Mind Maps as an Academic Tool
On December 21, 2022, Allenhouse Institute of Management hosted an engaging and insightful Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled "Using Mind Maps as an Academic Tool." This interactive session was aimed at enhancing faculty members' understanding of mind-mapping techniques and their application in educational settings.The session was led by Mr. Rahul Nayar, a distinguished expert in the field, who shared valuable insights and practical tips on leveraging mind maps for effective teaching. His presentation highlighted the benefits of mind mapping in facilitating learning, brainstorming, and project management.
