Allenhouse Institute of Management, affiliated with Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam University (AKTU), adopts a robust approach to curriculum design and development for its Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program. To address any gaps and enhance the curriculum, the institute supplements the syllabus with targeted training sessions and expert lectures from industry professionals. This feedback is reviewed by the Academic Advisory Council, which makes initial recommendations for curriculum enhancements. These recommendations are evaluated by the Academic Advisory Council, chaired by the Director of the School, ensuring alignment with the Vision and Mission of the institute and AKTU. The MBA curriculum includes subjects such as Managerial Economics, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour, Quantitative Techniques, Corporate Finance, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management etc.

These include case studies, role-playing, group discussions, simulations, industry projects, and interactive lectures.
